Ferit Ünlü Appointed as ASKON Poland President

Dear Business Partners and Employees,

We are pleased to announce that our company owner and founding executive, Mr. Ferit Ünlü, has officially assumed the position of President of ASKON Poland.

We firmly believe that this esteemed role will strengthen our company’s international representation and prestige. We have full confidence that Mr. Ünlü will launch projects that will further enhance the commercial and cultural ties between Turkey and Poland.

We wish him great success, ease, and prosperity in his new role. Together, we will move forward toward a stronger future.

A Strategic Appointment for International Business

A significant appointment has taken place within ASKON (Anatolian Lions Businessmen Association), one of the leading business networks in Turkey. Our CEO, Ferit Ünlü, has been appointed as President of ASKON’s Poland Representation. This development focuses on expanding the trade volume between Turkey and Poland, deepening cross-sector cooperation, and providing SMEs with a sustainable roadmap to the European market.

Why This Matters

  • Market Access: Poland is a rapidly growing production and logistics hub within the EU. This appointment will expand sourcing, warehousing, and distribution opportunities for our companies.

  • New Networks: ASKON’s extensive membership base provides a strong platform for B2B matchmaking, sector-specific roundtable meetings, and networking events with the Polish business community.

  • Strategic Sectors: New projects are planned in furniture, automotive sub-industry, machinery, software, food processing, packaging, and logistics, among others.

Ferit Ünlü’s Roadmap

  • Field Analysis: Updating supply chain opportunities and regulatory processes in Poland.

  • B2B Program: Four-phase matchmaking for members: pre-assessment, target list, online meetings, and on-site visits.

  • Event Schedule: Sectoral gatherings in Warsaw, Kraków, and Poznań.

  • Mentorship & Compliance: Guidance for SMEs entering the EU for the first time on pricing, contracts, delivery, and payment terms (Incoterms).

Quote:
“Our goal is to accelerate our members’ access to Europe through Poland; building trustworthy, scalable, and long-term business relationships.” — Ferit Ünlü

Expected Contributions

  • Export Diversification: Expansion of product portfolios and target buyers.

  • Operational Efficiency: Optimization of costs through warehouse, customs, and distribution solutions.

  • Brand Strength: Increased visibility in the European market, supported by trade fairs and business delegations.
